Registration conditions

• At least one author per paper should register. Papers that do not have a registered author who paid the fees by Mar 5, 2015 will be excluded from the proceedings.
• One registration gives the right to present one paper.
• Regular registration and Student regiatration fees include:
  • Access right to the conference
  • Hard copy of one Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing Springer volume
  • Coffee break refreshments
  • Three lunches
  • Social activities (visit and welcome reception at the Metz City Council, visit Centre Pompidou-Metz)

Payment remarks

• PhD students will be requested to provide evidence of their academic status.
• Participants claiming early registration will be requested to prove that the bank transfer order was carried out by the deadline in case the fees arrive later.

Accomodation opportunities

There are 30 rooms in the university city located at 150m of the place of the conference which are reserved for the conference participants. If you are interested, please make reservation during inscription. Please note that the inscription fee does not include the accommodation fee. You will pay accommodation fee at your arrival. You can only pay by credit card (preferably) or by cash. You will have to add 4 € for sheet/blanket.
